Terms of Service

1. The service

12 Testers ("we", "us") provides a managed Google Play closed testing service: we enroll real testers in your app's closed testing track, keep the group enrolled for the required 14 consecutive days, monitor the cycle, and deliver the deliverables included in the plan you purchased (test summary or full QA report, and, where included, store listing work and guided submission).

2. What we need from you

  • A working app build uploaded to a closed testing track in your own Google Play Console account.
  • Adding the tester list we send you and submitting the track for Google's review, then sending us your opt-in link.
  • An app that complies with Google Play policies. We may decline apps with illegal, harmful or policy-violating content.

3. Timelines

The 14-day count is defined and measured by Google, and starts once your track is approved and testers are enrolled. Steps that depend on Google (track review, production access review) are outside our control; typical overall turnaround is 15-20 days from kickoff.

4. Payments

Plans are one-time payments per app, in USD, processed by PayPal or another processor shown at checkout. We are not affiliated with Google; Google's own developer fees are separate and paid by you.

5. Refunds

  • Before testers are enrolled in your track: full refund on request.
  • After enrollment has started: the cycle is already consuming tester capacity, so payments are non-refundable, but we will complete the full cycle and deliverables.
  • If we cannot deliver 12 enrolled testers at all, you receive a full refund.

6. Approval Guarantee add-on

If purchased, and Google rejects your production access request after a completed cycle, we analyze the rejection and manage resubmissions with you until approval. It does not cover rejections caused by app content that violates Google Play policies.

7. Liability

We provide testing and guidance; publishing decisions are made solely by Google. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made by Google.
